At Little Rugs Land, we’re committed to ensuring you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your rug, our return and refund policy is here to help.

Returns
  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your rug. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  2. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@littlerugsland.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

  3. Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

 
Refunds
  1. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. After approval, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

  3. Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or error. Please contact us for specific inquiries.

 
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.

 
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your rug for a different size or style, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
