Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order rugs may take additional time, which will be noted at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: We offer free standard shipping across India. Delivery times range from 5-10 business days, depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.

Order Tracking: Once your rug is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email to monitor delivery progress.

Delivery Conditions: Rugs are carefully packed to ensure safe transit. Please inspect the package upon arrival and report any damages within 24 hours for a replacement or assistance.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available in select locations. Check availability at checkout.

Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier issues).
